Pearwood Joinery and Construction Ltd

Our Services

New Builds

Bespoke joinery and construction for new build homes and developments — from fitted cabinetry and internal doors to complete internal finishes, installed to contemporary building standards across Surbiton and Kingston.

Bespoke joinery for new builds
We produce and install fitted kitchens, utility units, built-in wardrobes, media walls, internal doors and staircases tailored to new build specifications. Timber, MDF or engineered boards are selected for performance — acoustic linings, fire‑rated cores and humidity-stable finishes are specified where the build requires. For housing developments and one-off contemporary homes we can pre-finish components in the workshop to accelerate on-site works and protect newly plastered surfaces.

Project management and compliance
Pearwood manages joinery within the wider build programme: site surveys, delivery scheduling, coordination with plasterers, electricians and M&E, and a final snagging stage. Mr Mark Crosby oversees projects with City & Guilds and CSCS qualifications and DBS checks in place, working to current Building Regulations (including Part L and Part K considerations where relevant) across Surbiton, Kingston and a 25–30 mile radius.

Our Process

How It Works

01

Design & Specification

We review drawings or survey new-build plots, produce detailed joinery drawings, and specify materials and fire/thermal requirements to meet current Building Regulations.

02

Workshop Manufacture

Bespoke cabinets, doors and staircase components are produced in our workshop to tight tolerances, pre-finished where required to speed site works and reduce dust.

03

Site Installation & Handover

Our trained team installs, coordinates trades, completes commissioning and a full snag list so handover meets developer schedules and client expectations.
